Return & Refund Policy – OpDaddy
At OpDaddy, we specialize in trading card products. Due to the collectible and sealed nature of our items, the following policy applies:
1. All Sales Final (Trading Cards)
• All singles, graded cards, and sealed trading card products are final sale.
• Opened sealed products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
• Pull rates, box contents, and manufacturer packaging are not guaranteed.
2. Pre-Orders
• Pre-order downpayments are non-refundable.
• If a customer cancels a pre-order, the downpayment will be forfeited.
• Release dates are estimates and subject to supplier or manufacturer delays.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos and proof of issue must be provided.
• Items must remain unopened and in original condition.
Approved cases may qualify for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Once an order is dispatched, OpDaddy is not responsible for courier delays or transit damage caused by the shipping provider. Customers may file claims directly with the courier if required.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Processing times depend on banks or payment providers.
6. Fraud Prevention
OpDaddy reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of suspected fraud, product tampering, or abuse of policy.
