OpDaddy – Terms & Policies

 

 

1. General

 

By purchasing from OpDaddy, you agree to the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

 

2. Product Authenticity

 

All products sold by OpDaddy are 100% authentic. We do not sell fake or replica trading cards.

 

3. Pricing

 

Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

 

4. Pre-Orders

 

• Pre-orders require a non-refundable downpayment.

• Estimated release dates are subject to supplier and distributor schedules.

• Delays from manufacturers are outside our control.

 

5. Payments

 

We accept bank transfer, cash (where applicable), and approved online payment methods. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

 

• Sealed products are non-refundable once opened.

• Singles and graded cards are final sale.

• Refunds (if approved) apply only to damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

 

7. Shipping

 

• We ship within UAE and selected GCC countries.

• Delivery times vary based on courier.

• OpDaddy is not responsible for courier delays once dispatched.

 

8. Order Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be canceled after payment unless approved by management.

 

9. Tournament & Event Sales

 

Tournament entries and event-related purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by OpDaddy.

 

10. Liability

 

OpDaddy is not responsible for manufacturer defects, print errors, or pull rates of trading card products.
