Shipping Policy – OpDaddy

At OpDaddy, we aim to ship all orders quickly and securely.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Pre-orders will be shipped once stock is received and ready.

• During high-demand releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Coverage

• We ship across the United Arab Emirates.

• We also ship to selected GCC countries (KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, etc.).

• International shipping outside GCC may be available upon request.

3. Delivery Time

• UAE deliveries typically take 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• GCC deliveries may take 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

4. Shipping Fees

 

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Packaging & Protection

• All trading cards and sealed products are securely packed to minimize damage during transit.

 

• High-value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

 

6. Courier Responsibility

 

Once an order has been handed over to the courier:

• OpDaddy is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

• OpDaddy is not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by courier mishandling.

• Customers may need to coordinate directly with the courier for claims if required.

 

7. Incorrect Address

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

OpDaddy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
